Apple ‘ataca’ empresa por tener logotipo de una pera

Apple está tomando medidas legales para obligar a una empresa a cambiar o respetuoso logotipo, teniendo en cuenta-o muy similar a la suya. Mientras que Apple tiene una manzana como símbolo, la compañía en cuestión prepare usa una pera.

El caso fue denunciado en la página de Instagram de Prepear, donde la compañía refiere que Apple se decidió colocar contra el uso del logotipo por presuntamente «prejuicio a su marca». Cabe señalar que la preparación tiene un equipo de sólo cinco personas.

«La mayoría de las pequeñas empresas no pudieron soportar los costos de luchar contra Apple», se puede leer en la petición en Change.org para convencer a Apple a abandonar o proceso. «Es una experiencia aterradora ser atacado por una de las compañías más grandes del mundo, incluso cuando claramente no hicimos nada malo y nos dimos cuenta de que la mayoría de las compañías simplemente cederían y cambiarían sus logotipos».

I feel a moral obligation to take a stand against Apple's aggressive legal action against small businesses and fight for the right to keep our logo. We are defending ourselves against Apple not only to keep our logo, but to send a message to big tech companies that bullying small businesses has consequences.
